Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

My hubby has slightly high cholesterol, and his doctor suggested that he eat more chicken and fish. The problem is, he prefers read meat. So, I spent a lot of time on Pinterest looking for some new recipes, and this is a Rachel Ray Recipe I found that is easy to make, and that he enjoyed!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1 tablespoon parsley
4 tilapia filets
1 lemon cut into wedges

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In shallow dish combine cheese, paprika and parsley and season with salt and pepper
Drizzle fish with olive oil and dredge in cheese mixture
Place on foil-lined baking sheet and bake until fish is opaque (about 10-12 min.)
Serve with lemon wedges
